Description
Finance Manager responsibilities:
* Overseeing financial operations and procedures within the organisation.
* Preparing and presenting financial reports to the senior management team.
* Developing and implementing effective financial strategies and controls.
* Working closely with the Financial Controller preparing the budgets and forecasts.
* Responsible for preparing the Management Accounts.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Working closely with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
* Facilitating internal and external audits.
* Leading and motivating the finance team to achieve financial goals.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager role.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Outstanding analytical, strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
