About You
As a Digital & Technology Apprentice, you’ll help design, build, test, and support technology solutions that enable Simplyhealth to deliver high-quality health and wellbeing services.
You’ll gain experience across a range of IT and digital areas, building practical skills and learning how technology supports the wider business. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, contribute to real projects, and develop skills that set you up for a long-term career in tech.
During your apprenticeship, you’ll be exposed to and may gain practical experience with teams such as:

What we’re looking for
You don’t need to be a tech expert already. You’ll need to meet the application criteria below plus we’ll be looking for curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in technology.
You’ll need:
20. GCSE Maths and English at grades A–B (5–9) or equivalent
21. BBB at A-Level (or equivalent), including at least one of: Maths, Further Maths, Computer Science or IT
22. A genuine interest in digital and technology solutions
23. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
24. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
25. A positive, adaptable mindset
