Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support various trade activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities.

Duties
* Assist in daily trade operations and support the team in achieving business objectives
* Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, demonstrating effective phone etiquette
* Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales
* Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising tasks to ensure product displays are appealing
* Employ basic math skills for transactions and stock management
* Maintain organised records of transactions and customer interactions
* Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Experience
* Previous experience in a retail or trade environment is essential
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this role
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
