The Role:
We provide individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to lead as normal a life as possible. Flexibility is required as shifts include bank holidays, weekends, and potential sleep-ins.

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Participate in implementing individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment
* Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and others, respecting confidentiality
* Support service users with meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and social events
* Maintain accurate notes and records as required
* Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
Personal Characteristics:
* Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
* Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, or mental health issues
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Confidence to work independently or in a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Passion for working with vulnerable adults
* Commitment to safeguarding standards
