Operations and Workflow Manager Manufacturing (Eastleigh) A long‑standing manufacturing client in Southampton is looking to appoint an Operations and Workflow Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of their Estimating / Internal Sales Engineering team. This is a brilliant role for someone who thrives on structure, organisation and keeping a busy department running smoothly. There's no sales work and no technical background required - just strong people management, great communication and a love of well‑designed processes. The role You'll be the person who keeps everything flowing: enquiries, quotes, orders and internal communication.
