The Role
A high profile, leadership opportunity, key responsibilities will include:
* Develop, implement, and execute long-term UK and European business plans, securing buy-in from key stakeholders across the broader Global Organization.
* Maximize business opportunities and the overall profitability of the Company, by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, plans, forecasts, and KPIs.
* Manage customer relationships and satisfaction through customer services and product development.
* Manage and develop the executive leadership team to ensure a high performing team across the Organization.
* Actively involved in sales (when required) especially for larger contracts and customers.
* Ensure that manufacturing and logistics processes operate in an efficient and cost-effective way in line with broader Group principles and requirements.
Your experience & skills
* A proven MD/General Manager/Divisional Director Sales and/or Marketing Leader able to demonstrate the ability to successfully develop and execute sales, marketing and business strategies for branded professional products across multiple channels, preferably gained in a manufacturing Organisation with its own branch/distribution network.
* Of Graduate calibre or similar.
* Innovative, entrepreneurial and commercially astute, your track record to date will single you out as someone who is passionate about ‘making a difference’.
* A focussed and motivational Commercial Leader, your personal success will be matched by your ability to build high-performing teams.
