Control Systems Lead – Pearl 10X & Product Line EVHMU
Location: Bristol (Solihull / Derby considered) - Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Type: Full-Time
An exciting opportunity for a Control Systems Lead to join the Mission Critical & Health Monitoring delivery team based in the UK.
The Control Systems Lead will serve as the primary interface to both the Programme and Customer, responsible for the technical delivery of the EVHMU (Engine Vibration & Health Monitoring Unit) solution for the Falcon 10X aircraft. This includes ensuring integration of deliveries from various teams (Systems, Software, Security, Electronics, Digital) to meet customer requirements.
You will lead a team of integrators and product owners responsible for the EVHMU product line solutions across multiple aircraft applications, influencing future product and technology strategies and improving development and delivery processes for Health Monitoring systems.

Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate teams to deliver a functional Health Monitoring Unit.
* Apply standards like ARP4754 and DO178 for aerospace systems and software development.
* Influence product strategies and technology roadmaps.
* Lead a team of integration engineers.
Candidate Profile
* Ability to lead teams and resolve complex technical problems.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Relevant technical expertise in controls or monitoring systems development.
* Experience with safety-critical system processes.
* Passion for continuous improvement and lean principles.
