About The Role
Site location: Basingstoke, RG22 6PG
Shifts: All shifts are 12 hours, 06:00 – 18:00
Weekly pattern as follows:
Week 1: Monday to Saturday – 72 hours
Week 2: Wednesday to Saturday – 48 hours
Week 3: Monday to Wednesday – 36 hours
Average 52 hours per week
What will you be doing?
* Ensuring the team are kept up to date with events and important information
* Responsible for scheduling the rota
* Responsible for the teams’ holidays
* Attending and contributing to monthly meetings with the client at Security Account Manager
* Attending and contributing to quarterly tenant meetings
* Creating and downloading monthly and quarterly incident analytic reports for the client
* Managing customer complaints
* Liaising and working with the local police by downloading and providing CCTV evidence of any incidents on site
* Conduct patrols of the leisure park
* Monitor and manage Incident Report Management system
* Ensure Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments are always kept up to date
* Monitor contractors on site
* Communicate and maintain relationships with all tenants on site
About You
You will need a valid SIA license for this role and a CCTV License
