The Role
We have an exciting opportunity within our European Marketing Team, we're looking for a dynamic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to provide support in all three areas of our marketing department: Corporate, Product and Digital. In this comprehensive role you will support in a wide variety of administration and operational tasks including planning and organising meetings and trade shows, by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements / activities for internal and external events (i.e. key trade shows / congress, internal meetings and marketing events). You'll also support in preparing product training slides, and external promotional materials, and on our digital side you'll add value in our 5-year plan to improve engagement with our customers using omni channel / multi-channel for interaction with healthcare professionals and the sales forces.
You'll report into and support the Senior Director of Marketing for EMENA, working on multiple larger scale projects while also being responsible for and managing your own smaller projects. You'll work with the wider business and our suppliers and manage the processing of invoices from our organised events.
The Person
* Previous experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a pharmaceutical industry will be valuable.
* Flexible approach to problem solving and changing business priorities, strong team player.
* Excellent communication skills – confident liaising with all levels of authority and able to navigate cultural differences with ease.
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Educated to degree level in Life sciences, Marketing or Business management.
* Understanding of the compliance aspects of marketing for pharmaceutical products.
* Excellent IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint word and MS Office.
* Professional level of English required, any other languages will be a plus.
* Ability to travel.
