About Inclusive
Inclusive is a new type of software platform in the ATS / Hiring space. Our mission is to make ATS software revenue generative for employers (the current average cost is c.$20K a year) and we do this by aggregating and making searchable candidate data from external recruiters – think of Rightmove or Zillow, but for Hiring not Housing.
We take a transaction % rather than solely generating revenue from subscription, like all of our competitors.
It’s a huge market (c.$500B/year) and we are the first people straddling the ATS & Hiring markets with our unique platform. Position: Co‑Founder with Investment
We have bootstrapped to this point with the addition of an investment from our Dragon investor – we now seek a Co-Founder with Investment to become an integral part of the team and help us to scale.

What We’re Looking For
* Someone looking to become an integral part of our founding team and able to bring some financial investment with them
* Background in software, sales, finance, hiring or recruiting, with a deep understanding of a specific market
* Interest in licensing Inclusive software in their country (outside the UK) or in English‑language markets
* Ability to illustrate the value that our product could bring to that market
* SEIS eligibility for UK investors – you can reclaim 50% of any investment against UK tax you have paid
* Ambition, skill and work ethic over years of experience
Location & Working Arrangement
We are based just outside London in Tunbridge Wells, Kent but are open to remote working from anywhere.
