What's involved?
As Sous Chef, you will support the senior team in delivering high standards across all sections of the kitchen. You will play a key role in:
Running sections during service
Supporting and developing junior chefs
Delivering consistency across lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner
Maintaining standards during high-volume serviceThe ideal candidate will have:
Experience within a strong 2 AA Rosette (or equivalent) kitchen
A background in high-volume, quality-driven environments
Confidence across multiple service styles, including afternoon tea
A passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
