1. 📝 Handle commercial insurance broking across new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
2. 📊 Prepare comprehensive, high-quality market submissions and renewal review reports
3. 🤝 Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors to hit new business and retention targets
4. 📞 Support prospecting efforts through research, profiling, and proactive outreach
5. 📂 Secure competitive cover at renewal and manage all associated documentation
6. 💬 Respond to client and insurer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
7. 📅 Maintain a robust diary system to manage renewals, documentation, and account queries

15. 💻 Experience with Acturis software is a plus
