Offer description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join us as a Facilities Administrator. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of core departmental objectives, providing high-quality support across a range of facilities-related functions.

You will be the first point of contact for facilities requests, coordinating repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors, and maintaining accurate records using our Concept Evolution software. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our services across the Force.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and respond to facilities requests via email and telephone.
* Initiate and manage tasks using Concept Evolution software.
* Assign work to internal staff and external contractors.
* Maintain strong working relationships with service providers.
* Prioritise and track progress of maintenance tasks.
* Generate and receipt purchase orders for goods and services.
* Produce monthly reports and maintain asset and contractor databases.
* Ensure contractor vetting and insurance records are up to date.
* Support contract renewals and emergency call-out list management.
* Assist with administrative duties and support other areas of the department as needed.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience in facilities coordination or administrative support.
* Proficiency in using software systems (Concept Evolution experience desirable).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to upholding the Force's values and the Code of Ethics.
* Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
