Production Operatives Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support our client in Newhaven during a period of increased workload. You will play a key part in supporting the manufacturing workflow within a modern, busy engineering environment. This temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work and takes pride in producing high‑quality components. You will be working as part of a skilled production team, contributing to various stages of metal fabrication and assembly.
You'll be responsible for:
* Packing units weighing 5kg to 15kg on an assembly line
* Maintaining a pace of at least 100 units per day
* Making up boxes and inner packaging components
* Supporting sub‑assembly tasks when not packing
* Assisting with basic mechanical assembly tasks (experience preferred)
* Requirements
* Previous experience in an assembly‑line or factory environment is desirable
* Ability to work at pace and handle repetitive manual tasks
* Some mechanical assembly experience is an advantage
