My client’s nursing home in Peterlee is currently recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to join their team.
Role Details
Salary: £50k+ per annum + performance-related bonus
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
✅ Requirements
Nurse qualified with an active NMC PIN
Proven senior leadership experience in a nursing or Learning Disability setting
Strong experience managing complex clinical needs, including:
PEG feeding
Tracheostomy care
Epilepsy
Dementia
Solid understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and compliance
