QLM Search is partnering a specialist B2Bingredients group that is looking to appoint a Sales Director (individual contributor). Reporting to the Business Unit CEO and forming part of a the leadership team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy in this specialist Ingredients division.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business.
-Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
-Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches.
Candidates MUST have proven experience as a Sales Leader/Director within the B2B Food Ingredients (Beverage/Food an advantage) and will have excellent leadership and communication skills - you need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation
