Overview

Job Title: Customer Retention Manager

Location: The Meadows, Camberley

Brand: LRG

Salary: up to £50,000 OTE

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as first point of contact for landlords considering ending their managed or part managed service with the group
* Investigate and resolve issues raised by landlords working closely with local branches, property management teams and other departments.
* Build strong relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
* Track and manage case progress within HubSpot and record outcomes effectively to pass data back to the group for continuous improvement


What are we looking for

* Solid background in lettings, ideally in a branch role or property management.
* Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
* Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging or sensitive situations.
* Well-organised, with strong case management and time management abilities.
* Strong CRM skills working with multiple CRM's
