About The Role
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Occasional Weekend Cover)
To support the coordination of service delivery at Hucknall Depot and to support the OCS yardman and Management team in the provision of services. Work duties to include, PPE Inspections, stock control, delivery of stock to site, long distance driving, administrative duties ensuring all inspections are kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide support and assistance to the Yard man and Management team where required
* To meet, check and sign for deliveries
* To support and assist the Yard man and Management team with legal requirements such as health and safety requirements PPE Inspections.
* Assist yard man in collation of operational data required for SHEQ Reports
* Inspect all PPE and equipment in line with HSE and Legal guidance
* To support and assist Yard man and Management team communications with staff through formal and informal channels on regarding PPE and equipment.
* To provide support and assistance to the Yard man and Management team on a day to day basis.
* Take responsibility for ensuring all OCS equipment is organised and sent to site in a timely fashion and co-ordinated with the Site managers or Site Setup teams.
Qualifications & Experience
* Facilities experience desirable.
* Supervisory experience advantageous.
* Competent and confident with business software, including Excel, Word, and Office365.
