Join to apply for the Seasonal Sales Assistant role at FOOTASYLUM. We are hiring for Seasonal Sales Assistants to join our store in Newport. This is a temporary position with part-time hours: 8 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during December. If successful, your temporary contract will start on Sunday 2 November 2025 and run until Saturday 3 January 2026.
The Role
Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of our business. They live and breathe our products and are enthusiastic about showcasing our diverse range while delivering excellent service. Your objective is to provide the best shopping experience for our guests and help create the best high-street experience.
You will DEFY ORDINARY by asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and showcase our products with style, and by recommending sets, accessories and product add-ons. From day one you will receive in-depth training on products, their specifications including fabric and weather durability, product care and suitable companions to become a well-rounded FOOTASYLUM Ambassador.
About you
We are looking for outgoing people with a friendly, organised and can-do attitude. You should be positive, approachable and comfortable starting conversations with customers.

* Engage in training to grow personally and professionally.
* Stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
* Handle transactions with a positive attitude and ensure a great checkout experience.
Be the go-to for customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customers are genuinely cared for.
