SALARY:£27,500 per annum + Bonus + Company Van + Benefits
LOCATION: Candidates will cover Brentford, West London and surrounding areas.
JOB TYPE: Full‑Time, Permanent.
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5:30pm. No weekends.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates will need a Full Manual Driving Licence (the company will provide a company van).

DUTIES
* Deliver Products Safely: Transport and deliver items to clients following scheduled routes and timelines.
* Verify Documentation: Check delivery paperwork to ensure all products are correctly packed, labelled, and signed for.
* Inspect Equipment: Carry out pre‑delivery inspections to confirm items are functional.
* Set Up Equipment: Assemble and prepare products at client sites as needed.
* Demonstrate Products: Conduct clear, confident demonstrations explaining product use, features, and maintenance.
* Provide Guidance: Offer hands‑on support to clients ensuring they are comfortable using the equipment.
* Resolve Issues: Handle minor queries or technical issues directly where possible.
* Collect Feedback: Record client feedback and communicate to the sales or service teams.
* Maintain Professionalism: Represent the organisation in a positive and professional manner at all times.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Essential: Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or a customer‑facing technical role.
* Essential: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Essential: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
* Essential: Valid full UK driving licence (manual).
