🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary engineering and strategic technology teams to deliver outstanding products.
* Drive product development excellence, ensuring quality, performance and customer satisfaction.
* Manage engineering resources at programme level and optimise utilisation across teams.
* Foster a culture of innovation through research, feasibility studies and standards engagement.
* Own and improve engineering and NPI processes within the Quality Management System.
* Contribute to company-wide strategy, new business evaluation and organisational growth.
* Oversee product conformance, quality approvals and engineering compliance.
* Build and develop high-performing teams through effective recruitment and leadership.
* Manage third-party development partners and negotiate contract arrangements.
* Collaborate closely with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
* Engage with strategic partners, key customers and global stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel internationally when required.
✔️ Essential Skills & Experience
* 10+ years’ experience in senior engineering management within a global B2B technology environment.
* Proven manager-of-managers with strong leadership capability.
* Demonstrated success in building high-performing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
* Strong background in driving organisational change and continuous improvement.
* Experience with programme planning, monitoring and execution.
* Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering on company-wide objectives.
* Excellent communicator capable of building cross-functional relationships at all levels.
