Part-Time Children’s Support Worker Evenings & Weekends (Tresillian & Redruth)

What the role involves:
We’re looking for a Children’s Support Worker to join our team and support two young clients in Tresillian and Redruth.
* Tresillian package: Weekday evenings (4pm8pm) and weekends (11am5pm)
* Redruth package: Weekday evenings (4.15pm8.15pm) and weekends (1pm8pm)
You’ll be working closely with these children in their family homes, offering care, companionship, and support with day-to-day needs making their lives as comfortable and fulfilling as possible.
You don’t need previous complex care experience just the right attitude. We provide full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing clinical support to help you thrive.
What we’re looking for:
* A full UK driving licence (essential)
* A kind, caring, and patient nature
* Passion for working with children and young people
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Reliability and flexibility to meet family needs
