Hours: Full Time or Part Time - Hybrid Working (office/home)
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

A prestigious Legal 500 law firm in Leeds city centre is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Property team. With a £30m+ turnover, this established firm offers excellent career prospects in a supportive yet challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters specialising in retail and hospitality sectors
* Acting for leading multi-million pound household clients such as Nandos & Lidl
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations, renewals, and assignments
* Managing property aspects of corporate transactions
* Conducting due diligence and title investigation
* Drafting and negotiating complex property documentation
* Building and maintaining client relationships with key retail and hospitality brands
* Contributing to business development initiatives in the retail and hospitality sectors
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor NQ+, with a minimum of 1 year experience working in commercial property law
* Strong technical knowledge of property law and commercial real estate transactions
* Experience working with retail and hospitality clients highly desirable
* Excellent drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Commercial awareness and ability to provide pragmatic advice
* Effective time management and ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach to business development
