Company Secretarial Assistant London Hybrid working We're currently working with a fabulous international law firm looking for someone to join their well established Corporate team. A great opportunity too join a specialist function with both UK and international businesses, across a range of transactions and governance matters. The role? • Acting as a first point of contact for company secretarial clients • Incorporation of new companies, branches and partnerships • Day-to-day company secretarial support and client requests • Maintaining statutory records, registers and entity data (Diligent or similar) • Preparing and filing Confirmation Statements and statutory accounts • Completing Companies House filings • Drafting minutes, resolutions and corporate documentation • Processing Identity Verification and obtaining Personal Codes • Supporting legalisation and notarisation of documents • File opening and closing, engagement and exit letters • Conflict checks and compliance diary management • Liaising with auditors and corporate colleagues About you? Previous company secretarial experience or a strong interest in this area Familiarity with Diligent / Blueprint or similar systems is an advantage Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional client manner Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused What's in it for you?
