About the Role:
* Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet curriculum requirements
* Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that supports learning
* Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
* Work closely with teaching assistants and school leadership teams
* Maintain strong communication with parents and carers
* Contribute to the wider school community through clubs, events, or teamwork

We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Excellent classroom management and behaviour-support skills
* A positive, resilient and child-centred approach
* Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* ECTs and experienced teachers both encouraged to apply
