We are dedicated to helping empower children, young people and families to build resilience and thrive. By collaborating with Supporting Families Teams, Social Care Teams and partners we will ensure families receive the right help at the right time by the right people.

Coventry was selected as a ‘trailblazer’ and will share learning with other Local Authorities across the UK. Join us in making a difference.

What is the job role?

Coventry Family Hubs deliver services to children and families through the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme with an aim to help improve health and education outcomes for babies, children and their families.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can build effective relationships with children, young people, families and partners. You will be able to adopt a ‘whole family approach’ and work with families from diverse backgrounds in various environments, including homes, and contribute to an inclusive Family Hub Team.
