What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Consultant is to provide outstanding service, educate customers on digital platforms, and promote banking options. They actively raise fraud awareness, support vulnerable customers, and ensure financial inclusion.

Within this role you will:
* Be the first point of contact in our Branch Customer Service Team, managing individual customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
* Educate customers about HSBC digital services and fraud prevention.
* Identify vulnerable customers and determine appropriate support.
* Assist customers with complex banking needs to ensure they feel supported and informed.

When & Where you'll work
Full-Time: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (not all branches open on Saturday). This role requires working 35 hours weekly. If on a student visa, note restrictions on working hours. You may support other nearby branches, with expenses reimbursed per HSBC policy.
Your Training
You will undergo a 9-day in-branch training program over 3 weeks to familiarize you with your role, systems, and HSBC products. Attendance at the entire training is mandatory, with no holidays permitted during this period.
