Elite Football Coaching delivers structured group development sessions for U7–U15 players, supporting their progression from grassroots football towards academy-level environments.
We are seeking high-quality part-time coaches for evening group sessions in 2026. This role is suited to coaches who value long-term player development, high training standards, and purposeful session design.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-tempo, age-appropriate group development sessions aligned with our coaching philosophy
• Support players' technical, tactical, physical, and decision-making development
• Create a positive, challenging learning environment with clear standards
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and the wider coaching team
• Uphold Elite Football Coaching's values, behaviours, and session standards

Candidate Profile
We are looking for coaches who:
• Have a strong playing and/or coaching background
• Understand long-term player development across the Foundation and Youth Development phases
• Can coach with clarity, intensity, and purpose
• Are reliable, professional, and open to feedback
Experience working with U7–U15 players is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
