Technical Product Manager – Digital Banking Platforms – Permanent – Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join a leading financial services organisation. This permanent role is based in Glasgow and follows a hybrid model, with 1–2 days per week in the office. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and engineering capabilities to deliver cutting-edge digital banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a subject matter expert facilitating collaboration between product owners and technical teams.
* Drive product strategy and vision in alignment with roadmap goals.
* Gather and prioritise product requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.
* Ensure continuous testing and iterative improvements to product quality and performance.
* Monitor and analyse product performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
* Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative approaches to improve delivery.
To be considered for the role, you must have:
* Strong experience in product management and strategic planning.
* Familiarity with Agile Software Engineering practices, including Scrum.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage SDLC processes and technical delivery planning.
* Risk and dependency management experience within complex product environments.
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience prioritising features across multiple stakeholder groups.
* Understanding of MarTech tools and platforms such as SFMC, Adobe, Tealium, GA4, or CDPs.
* Background in financial services or a highly regulated industry is highly desirable.
