We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small maintenance company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing data entry tasks, and maintaining effective communication. This position requires proficiency in various office software and strong phone etiquette to assist both internal teams and clients efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
* Utilise banking systems for financial tracking and invoicing as required.
* Organise and maintain office supplies, ensuring all materials are readily available.
* Support the business owner with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating office activities.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficient in using computerised systems, including excel
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently
* Familiarity with general office procedures and practices is advantageous.
