2D Cartoon Educational Safety Animation (Social Story Style)
Description:
We need a simple, slow-paced 2D animation for adults with developmental disabilities. The video teaches personal safety rules (safe touch, secrets, and reporting concerns). This is not a commercial advertisement. It is a protective educational social story.
We will provide the complete script and scene directions.
Animator must be able to:
• create simple friendly characters
• animate slow pacing
• add basic voiceover
• deliver MP4 and captions
Length: 5–7 minutes.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
