Recruitment and Community Engagement Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to serve our Springfield campus. Phoenix Charter Academy, a high school serving grades 9-12. This position will focus on recruiting students, building community relationships, and supporting the school's mission. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment efforts and engage with community partners.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract students and staff who align with the school's values and goals.
* Manage the student recruitment process, from outreach to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Cultivate partnerships with community organizations to enhance student recruitment and engagement.
* Collaborate with school leadership to understand student enrollment goals and staffing needs.
* Establish and track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
* Represent Phoenix Charter Academy at community events, school fairs, and other relevant activities to promote student enrollment.
* Lead and mentor recruitment team members to support their professional development and success.
* Stay informed about student recruitment trends and best practices to drive innovative strategies.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
2. Proven experience in student recruitment, enrollment management, or related roles.
3. Strong background in community engagement and fostering partnerships.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students, families, and community members.
5. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with student recruitment tools and strategies.
7. Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in student recruitment practices.
