The company Directors are vastly experienced housebuilders who will pass on their knowledge and share their experience to help you in your role. The Role: They are now in a position to add a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to their Commercial team due to their pipeline of work. They have over 10 years' worth of work and need to recruit for a large development building 4 and 5 bed houses that is already on site. This is an addition to the team due to work ramping up, you'll be working under a well-respected Commercial Director who has won many awards. The role will be based on-site. You: They would like to recruit a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 1 years’ experience working alongside another Quantity Surveyor. You will be based in or be able to commute to their site in Staffordshire. You will be IT literate and commercially aware. Rewards: You will receive a generous salary and benefits package.
