We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Panel Beater to join our team in Norwich. This is a temporary to permanent position offering full-time, weekday work and an excellent opportunity for pay increase and career development.
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for the repair, restoration, and replacement of vehicle body panels to a high standard. You'll work on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all bodywork repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to customer and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair method
* Remove damaged panels and components
* Repair or replace panels using welding, fillers, or new parts
* Realign body frames and ensure structural integrity
* Sand, file, and finish surfaces ready for paint
* Work closely with paint technicians and other workshop staff
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar vehicle body repair role
* Ability to use relevant tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Our client offers:
* 0830-1730 Mon - Fri
* £13 per hour PAYE
