We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-regarded restaurant in Trent, Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef to work with fresh, seasonal produce in a quality-driven kitchen alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
Run your section confidently during busy service, ensuring consistency and quality
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, contributing to the restaurant’s seasonal menus
Support and mentor junior members of the team
Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and daily prep
Contribute to daily specials and kitchen planning
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-focused kitchen
Passion for working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Eagerness to continue learning and developing professionally
