We are looking to appoint a committed and skilled Behaviour Mentor to work closely with pupils who need additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, and social skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing across the school. Key responsibilities: Providing 1:1 and small group mentoring to support pupils’ behavioural, emotional, and social development. Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective behaviour strategies. Supporting pupils to develop self-regulation, resilience, and positive social interactions. Monitoring and recording pupil progress and contributing to behaviour plans and reviews. Promoting a calm, positive atmosphere across the school. We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children with behavioural or social/emotional needs. Is patient, empathetic, and skilled at building trusting relationships with pupils. Can work independently and as part of a team. Has good communication and organisational skills.
