Westbrook Integrated Care Centre provides short-term placements, helping individuals regain independence and meet their goals. We support those living with dementia in our specialist care unit and collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social services to assist rehabilitation and further care assessments for community reintegration.

We offer a comprehensive induction, including mandatory training and access to personal development courses. Candidates should hold or be willing to obtain a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in health and social care; we can provide this training if needed.
The role involves a rolling 4-week static rota with morning (07:30-14:30) and afternoon (14:30-21:30) shifts, including some weekends and bank holidays, providing flexibility.
The salary starts at £24,040 for full-time hours (37 per week), with enhancements for weekend hours and bank holidays.
