This role is a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract, full-time, working Monday-Friday**

As a support worker, you will support our customers living in our mental health scheme, fostering a welcoming and customer-focused environment. Additionally, you will provide quality housing and support services to help sustain tenancies and promote independence.
Ideally, has experience of working in social housing and support
Will meet the needs of customers, commissioners and the wider community, whilst ensuring that service delivery is in line with Bromford's policies and procedures
Will show confidence when articulating services to customers, colleagues, commissioners, and partner agencies
Is comfortable reporting and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information, including the handling of safeguarding concerns
Feels that networking comes naturally to them - not only externally but internally too - and you can build relationships so people know they can go to you and trust you.
You will work with local agencies to access any specialist support and signpost your customers to them, including debt and income support. You will engage with customers to build positive and inclusive relationships, whilst reviewing the impact of the support and the next steps needed.
An Enhanced and Adult Barred List DBS check if required.
