Job Description
* Managing secured loan transactions from instruction to completion (under supervision)
* Handling post-completion matters including registrations and formalities
* Supporting with loan redemption, discharges, and further advances
* Liaising with clients, Land Registry, and Companies House
* Assisting with data room management and reporting on larger transactions
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely billing and administration
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in real estate or property finance (ideally 3+ months)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
* Familiarity with Land Registry and Companies House processes
* Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
