We’re recruiting on behalf of an exclusive luxury resort for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping and laundry operations across guest accommodation, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Responsibilities as Housekeeping Manager
11. Lead and develop housekeeping and laundry teams
12. Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
13. Oversee daily operations across guest areas and facilities
14. Manage stock, budgets, and supplier relationships
15. Conduct quality inspections and handle guest feedback
16. Support sustainability, health & safety, and operational standards
17. Work closely with other departments across the resort
What We’re Looking For
18. Previous housekeeping management experience in hospitality
19. Strong leadership and organisational skills
20. Experience managing stock, costs, and operational standards
21. High attention to detail and service focus
22. Comfortable working in an international resort environment
