What You'll Be Doing
* Leading from the front - delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences
* Inspiring, developing and motivating a talented in-store team
* Taking full ownership of store performance, including achieving KPIs and driving profitability
* Championing visual merchandising and in-store presentation to reflect our brand identity
* Building strong local customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
* Creating a warm, inclusive and empowering culture where everyone feels valued
* Promoting and delivering our in-store piercing service as a key part of the customer experience
