This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations within a growing consultancy. The role is based in Leeds City Centre, offering flexible working hours (20 or 30 hours per week). For the right candidate this role offers: £28,000 - £32,000 (Full-time equivalent)
Key responsibilities:
1. Processing invoices and expenses
2. Managing credit control and cash book maintenance
3. Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
4. Bank reconciliations and raising sales invoices
5. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and third-party providers
6. Supporting general office administration, including meeting prep and organising occasional staff/client functions
The successful candidate will have:
7. Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or accounts support
8. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
9. Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels
10. A proactive approach and willingness to support wider office tasks
