Key Responsibilities
* Deliver structured numeracy intervention sessions to identified students
* Support learners with gaps in foundational maths skills
* Monitor, track, and report on student progress
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
* Collaborate with teaching staff to align interventions with classroom learning
* Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Strong numeracy skills and a good understanding of the secondary maths curriculum
* Experience working with young people (school-based or tutoring)
* The ability to build positive relationships and motivate students
* Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills
* A relevant qualification (e.g., Maths, Education, or equivalent) is desirable
