Business Development Manager - Animal Health
Field Based - Midlands / South of UK
This is an exciting opportunity within the Animal Health industry (Large Animal / Equine), offering uncapped earning potential and significant career progression.
The successful candidate will be responsible for converting warm leads into sales, managing various veterinary stakeholders, and providing ongoing support to practices through training and networking events. Our client is experiencing rapid growth across the UK and European markets, with cutting-edge technology that is leading the way in the farm animal and equine sectors.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be comfortable with spending 4 days a week on the road, using your initiative to close sales, and maximising relationships both internally and externally. This is a unique opportunity where your earning potential is unlimited, and you will be valued as an individual rather than just a number.
Candidate Requirements:
* Over 3 years of proven sales/new business experience (preferably within the Veterinary or Agricultural Trade)
* A strong passion for and knowledge of the Agricultural/Equine Animal Health industries
* Solid understanding of sales techniques, product demonstrations, and ongoing client support
* Excellent communication and CRM skills are essential
* Based in the South or Midlands region of the UK, with a willingness to travel 4 days a week (overnight stays required, as you plan your own diary)
