You’ll be responsible for coordinating goods-in, goods-out, and stock accuracy processes to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with five operational warehouse teams across 20,000–40,000 sq. ft. units, managing schedules, workload distribution, and performance to consistently meet internal and external service expectations. Key Responsibilities for a Service and Stock Manager Lead and manage a warehouse office team handling stock control and customer service administration. Plan and oversee inbound and outbound goods processes, ensuring accurate stock management. Ensure warehouse management systems are updated correctly and produce clear, timely reports. Schedule workloads for operational teams and monitor time, motion, and performance metrics. Deliver high levels of customer service via phone, email, and IT systems. Generate and send weekly customer reports with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs, escalating issues to senior management. Utilise warehouse software and digital tools to optimise team efficiency and reporting quality. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing warehouse processes. Maintain a safe and productive workplace, upholding health and safety standards. Support training, development, and motivation of your team, in line with company values. Understand the broader business impact of warehouse administration on service delivery.
