Shifts: Panama – Day Shift (£51,000 per annum) or Night Shift (up to £53,900 per annum)

The Opportunity
In this hands-on role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of state-of-the-art equipment and machinery. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help ensure the smooth operation of the facility while driving innovation and reliability across the site.
Key Responsibilities
·Maintenance Excellence: Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance across the site, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently.
·Swift Problem-Solving: Respond promptly to breakdowns, minimising disruption to production schedules.
·PLC Diagnosis: Use your expertise to diagnose and resolve faults at both input and output levels of PLC systems.
·Proactive Preventative Maintenance: Execute a robust PPM schedule to keep equipment running at peak performance.
·Innovative Troubleshooting: Apply your technical know-how to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
What You’ll Bring
Our client values individuals with experience in food processing or similar industries. You’ll ideally have:
·A BTEC, ONC, or similar qualification in an electrical discipline or multi-skilled engineering.
·A time-served apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience.
·A proactive mindset and a strong desire to continuously improve and grow within your role.
