About You
* Proven track record in managing complex, high-value projects in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen with expertise in cost management, contract negotiation, and supply chain leadership.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Chartered Member or Fellow of RICS, ICES, or CIOB, and committed to supporting professional development in others.
