Full-Time | 42 Hours | Permanent
We're looking for a talented and reliable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Alresford. This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with the Head Chef and be part of a venue that's evolving into something special.
Working Hours:
Until 1st January 2026:
o Tuesday to Saturday:9:30am - 3:00pm
o 5:30pm - 9:30pm
* Sunday & Monday: Off
From 1st January 2026:
* Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00am - 4:00pm (No evenings!)
* Friday & Saturday: Split shifts
* Sunday & Monday: Off
* ➡️ That means evenings off Tuesday to Thursday!
What We're Looking For:
* A confident and experienced chef ready to support the Head Chef and help lead the kitchen.
* Someone who's happy to follow the Head Chef's lead on menu development and maintain high standards.
* A chef who enjoys both brunch service and refined weekend dining.
Our Vision:
* Tuesday to Thursday: We're building a reputation as the go-to brunch spot in town.
* Friday & Saturday evenings: A focused, seasonal menu with 4 starters, 4 mains, and 4 desserts.
