The Assistant Grounds Manager will help lead the care, sustainability, and seasonal development of the estate’s extraordinary grounds. Key Responsibilities: Maintain formal gardens, nurseries, parklands, and grounds to a high standard. Operate and maintain garden machinery and tractors. Implement sustainable horticultural practices. Conduct risk and COSHH assessments and uphold safety standards. Manage contractors and team members in the absence of the Head Gardener.
