Overview
The central Business Development team in Cambridge are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Training Manager with a strong background in developing and delivering training content, both online and in face-to-face settings. The role is pivotal to delivering the International Network Knowledge & Skills Framework to colleagues across 9 regions and 2 central teams to deliver the vision of a highly trained, effective, skilled and knowledgeable Global Business Development team reflecting One Cambridge.

Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of the Knowledge & Skills Framework strategy, aligning with International Network objectives and supporting global training initiatives.
* Collaborate with Business Development teams worldwide to source, adapt, and deliver effective training content that supports unified messaging and aligns with CRM and sales processes.
* Contribute to and innovate across multiple learning platforms, influencing the training direction in partnership with regional Business Development teams.
* Monitor engagement, gather feedback, and develop reporting tools to measure training impact and progress against business metrics.
* Act as a training advocate for International Education, representing the team in strategic sessions and contributing to the broader Skills Framework.

Qualifications
* Experience in international education or working across global sales teams, with strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.
* Skilled in designing and delivering adult-focused training, with a talent for creating engaging, learner-centered content and journeys.
* Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to evolving strategies.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities across face-to-face and multimedia platforms, with a flair for inspirational delivery.
* Strategic, customer-focused thinker with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and a passion for innovative training methods.
